The DCC Elite program (team black) is designed to develop Collegiate-ready athletes. Athletes in the Elite program are held to a high standard of commitment and accountability to the sport and to our club. At this level, DCC is a priority.

Players must be evaluated in order to be placed on an elite team. All players are eligible and encouraged to try out. We reserve the right to make changes to the roster and program as we see fit. Consistency is key, but Rosters will remain fluid in order to remain as competitive as possible at this level of play.
