Our Mission

As the local girls lacrosse club in San Diego, our goal is to develop athletes in underserved areas of our game and community. We pride ourselves on the development of strong, independent young women; the future leaders of our communities. We cultivate an environment of self perseverance, accountability, and adaptability.

We hope to inspire our young athletes to always strive for more on and off the field. Make no excuses, and be accountable to themselves and their teammates.

Our primary objective is to develop elite level lacrosse players and instill in them:

• Advanced understanding of the rules and techniques of the game

• Dedication to their craft and team

• Accountability to their teammates, coaches, parents and opponents

In pursuit of this objective we offer:

• Elite competitive gamenship, often exposed to recruiting tournaments and events

• Developmental teams that attend local events only

• Practice Only Options

• Free tryout period before commitment
